Intro to Flexibility & Conditioning

We will discuss what we are going to go over in this course. This is not personal training but conditioning for flexibility and range of motion specifically for pole dancers and aerialists.

The course requests you have yoga blocks and bands but these are not required. Click here for some of our favorites!

If you don’t have the desired equipment, here are some quick alternatives:
Yoga Blocks: books, firm cushions, folded blankets
Large Band: pillow case, fabric, leggings
Small Band: sock, face cloth or hand towel (held diagonally)
