Leg Hang Dropdown
Inverting aerially is not always an option but that doesn’t mean you are out of luck! Learn how to drop down into your leg hangs using basic tricks higher up on the pole. While practicing, these can even be performed low to the floor to avoid fatigue on the body. We will begin in a pole sit, pass through a tuck or apprentice to our leg hang.
Pre-reqs: climb, flatline, jasmine, apprentice
