The Studios are designed to help you build skills safely and efficiently.
Warmups & Conditioning
Use the warmups and conditioning prior to any fitness to prepare your body for the movements you will be doing. Designated conditioning for advanced skills is placed directly before the tutorial itself for ease of access.
Format
Each studio is designed for you to follow along in order and build skills but the option to jump around is also available.

1:1 Advice
Struggling with a specific lesson or movement? Shoot us a message and one of our instructors will answer any of your questions and make sure you have the right tools to achieve your goals. Looking for a customized plan? Email us and one of our instructors will work with you to create a plan allowing you to accomplish your pole goals.
Membership Newsletter
Our quarterly Membership Newsletter includes additional information with tips & tricks for your movement arts. We will also send you discounts & freebies for merch, events & other goodies!
Online Chat Forum
With your membership, you not only gain access to our instructors but with The Studio Members Only Facebook community online chat forum, you gain access to a network of dancers with similar goals! Grow your personal and professional community online.
Priority at Events
All members receive priority submissions for events and membership ticket rates. Members of The Studio are given first dibs on performances, participation and attendance of sXp events. When submitting to an event, make sure to mark that you are a member so you can cut the line! When purchasing tickets, make sure to check the newsletter for special member codes.
Virtual Classes
Virtual classes are included in all subscription memberships of The Studio. Check out the schedule to see which virtual classes you may be interested in attending.
The Instructor Portal
The continuing education platform for instructors is set up like a course but you are welcome to jump around to whichever tutorials most fit your needs. Each of the sections is organized escalating in skill level so you will find more basic information at the beginning. Sometimes, we will build off of previous tutorials and will reference this so you know what other tutorials could be helpful. This is especially helpful when it comes to spotting.
