Chair: Straddle Down & Shoulder Roll Off
Sliding onto and off of the chair creates an element of surprise in dance. Let’s break down how to safely slide down to seated and roll off the chair without tipping the chair or losing our balance. Although not required, having a straddle that is wider than 90° can be helpful for the straddle down to seated.
Pre-reqs: plank & pushups, backwards shoulder roll, shoulder stand
